I normally post praise and prayer requests on Friday mornings, but need to move things up this week. There is an urgent need for prayer for Mark and Theresa Beach. Theresa has been the registrar at Heritage for a good number of years. Her husband, Mark, is a pastor at Brant Community Church.
Mark contracted COVID over a week ago and has been in hospital since last Sunday. Because of underlying health problems, Mark is at greater risk and more vulnerable to the deadly effects of the virus. This morning, he was moved into the ICU and put on a ventilator.
When Mark contracted COVID, Theresa picked it up as well. She has felt very ill for the past week but has not needed to be hospitalized.
As you can imagine, the situation is at a critical point. We are asking the Lord for a miracle of healing. Our Heritage faculty, staff, and Board have been praying fervently for Mark and Theresa. We will continue to do so, both individually and on Zoom prayer meetings. I’m writing to ask you to join in with your prayers.
Both Mark and Theresa love and serve the Lord. We are confident of His loving care for them and His good purposes in this difficult situation. We are asking for a miracle of healing. So, please unite your hearts and prayers with ours for Mark and Theresa. Thank you!
