The Rick Reed Sermon Podcast and other messages.
Preacher to Preacher Podcast
If you are looking to get noticeably better as a preacher or teacher, you may want to check out the Preacher to Preacher podcast. This weekly podcast provides encouragement and equipping to all who are engaged in preaching and teaching God’s Word. While episodes are short and sweet (under ten minutes), each one offers biblical, practical help on how to noticeably improve as a preacher or teacher.
You can download the free ebook that was mentioned in the podcast: How to Get Free From Your Sermon Notes.
The Rick Reed Sermon Podcast launched on Monday, September 21st.
For the launch, we’re released a series of sermons that seems fitting for our times: Becoming A Courageous Christian. These sermons, originally preached at the Metropolitan Bible Church in Ottawa, cover the entire book of 2 Timothy. They give encouragement to Christians looking for strength to stay strong, speak up, handle conflict, persevere in tough times, and finish well in life.
While we plan on releasing one sermon each week, for the launch of the podcast, we’ll increase that to one sermon each day for the length of the Becoming A Courageous Christian series.
A free ebook study guide that goes with this series is available for download here.
God’s Calling On Your Life
This lecture, given to students at Heritage College, provides help for Christians seeking to understand, discern, and embrace God’s calling on their lives. Using the prophet Jeremiah’s life as a case study, Rick highlights important biblical principles related to a believer’s call to service.
