Walk for your Life

In my most recent post (Don’t Kill the Horse), I referenced a video by Dr. Mike Evans entitled, “23 and 1/2 Hours: What is the single best thing we can co for our health?”

Dr. Evans has worked with Olympic athletes and ordinary folks like the rest of us. His passion is preventative medicine–how to stop problems before they stop us!

I first saw this video a number of years ago and have sought to take Dr. Evan’s prescription for better health.

The video is both engaging (animated) and brief (under 10 minutes). Do yourself a favour and watch it. It will do you good–if you take steps to implement what he says.
