Happy Second Thanksgiving!
Since Linda and I are dual citizens, we celebrate both Canadian and US Thanksgiving. After all, you can’t be too thankful! The Bible continually calls us to give thanks to the Lord for He is good (Psalm 106:1; Colossians 3:15-17).
We are thankful for the many ways God has shown His grace and goodness to us personally and in ministry. We are moving towards the end of the semester at Heritage. By God’s grace, it’s been a great year on many levels. We’ve continued to be a safe and healthy campus. Students are growing in their faith and being prepared for service.
Thank you for being part of what God is doing through your prayers. Here are a few requests I’d ask you to remember.
Please continue to pray that the Lord keeps our campus spiritually and physically healthy. We don’t take his protection for granted.
Linda and her ESL team are planning a Christmas outreach for their students on December 12th. This Christmas “Party on the patio” will provide an opportunity for us to share the love and message of Christmas with new Canadians. Please pray for good weather (no rain!) and a good response from those who we invite.
Thanks for praying. And Happy Thanksgiving!
