One of the questions people ask in a time of national or global suffering is, “Where is the God of love?” It’s a question that is being asked as COVID-19 infects and affects millions of people around our world.
The Bible makes it clear that God is indeed both powerful and loving. Listen to what David wrote in Psalm 62:11-12: “Once God has spoken; twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God, and that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For you will render to a man according to his work.”
In light of this truth, some will ask, “If God is loving, why doesn’t He use His power to stop the suffering?”
That’s the good question I seek to address in this video.
