A Free Resource for Spiritual Seekers

When Linda and I lived in Ottawa, I had the privilege of contributing to a weekly feature column in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper called “Ask the Religion Experts.”

The column invited a number of leaders from different faith groups to answer spiritual questions submitted by readers of the newspaper. Our answers were to be brief (about 300 words). The newspaper printed the various responses so readers could compare and contrast what different faith leaders believed.

Over the years I was part of the column, I responded to a wide range of challenging questions. Questions like How do we know God exists? Does science make religion unnecessary? Are Christians intolerant of others? Did God order a genocide? How do we find spiritual peace?

We’ve compiled the answers I gave to 25 good questions into a free eBook entitled, That’s a Good Question.

This is a free resource you can download for yourself, for your teenagers and young adults, or for friends who are spiritually seeking. The answers are not exhaustive, but neither are they exhausting to read.

I’d encourage you to download a copy and email it to a friend or family member. Ask them to look it over. Then follow up with them to hear their reactions and responses. This resource could open up some important conversations about faith.
