I’m happy to give an update on God’s kindness to us in answer to your prayers!
In my last Praise and Prayer Update (January 20th), I asked you to pray that Linda and I would regain strength after our illnesses. God is answering that prayer; both of us were able to teach classes this week. In fact, Linda is teaching a course all day today and tomorrow. We still get tired at times and have been told to pace ourselves. But we are joyful that we can be part of life at Heritage again. Thank you for praying for us and with us. (Please pray for Linda as she teaches a course for women in ministry today and tomorrow).
In the last update, I also asked you to pray for the school as we look at hiring a new CFO. Again, I am grateful to report that we are in the process of looking at a very promising candidate. Please continue to pray for God’s guidance and confirmation.
I would also ask you to pray for the seminary building project. We still are waiting for the city of Cambridge to give final approval to our site plan and building permit. We’ve been told we are very close to getting the approval we need. We are also seeking to raise the funds needed to build the new building without a mortgage. At this point, we are still in need of funds to get us over the top and allow the building process to begin. If you would like to know more about the current needs, I’d be happy to talk with you.
