A big thank you to all of you who read these prayer requests each Friday and then make them part of your prayers! Last week I asked for prayer as I (Rick) was scheduled to preach in a new church plant in St. Catherines. We had a fruitful morning with those in the church and left rejoicing in what God is doing in this new church (pastored by two current Heritage seminary students).
Here a several requests for the coming weekend.
Saturday Course. On Saturday, Linda and I team up to teach an all-day session in our Reaching the World course. The focus this day will be on how God is working across Canada to bring people to Christ. Please pray that the Lord will give us physical strength and spiritual insight to teach well. Ask the Lord to allow this course to have a lasting impact on each student who takes part. We desire to help train men and women who will take the gospel to those around them…and to those around the world.
Sunday preaching. On Sunday, I (Rick) will be preaching at Crestwicke Baptist Church in Guelph on Psalm 116. Again, please pray that the Lord will use His Word to shape the lives of all who come.
