Yesterday we held our annual Ministry Leadership Day at Heritage. This year’s speaker, 
Tim Challies, served us well in his preaching and teaching. Tim has published on the topic of a Christian perspective on technology an a biblical approach to productivity. All of us who attended were stretched and strengthened for our service for Christ. At the same time, Linda met with a group of ministry wives for a time of encouragement, instruction and prayer. All who attended were able to enjoy our newly remodeled Student Centre. It was a great day all around.
Here are a few focused requests for this coming week.
Linda and I both have the privilege of speaking in churches this weekend. Tomorrow she speaks at a women’s gathering here in Cambridge. On Sunday, I preach at a church in Brampton as part of its annual missions conference. Please ask the Lord to empower us to speak His word to the hearts of all who listen.
Spring is a pivotal time for our recruiting efforts for next Fall. At this time, we have a good number of students who have applied or are in the process of finishing their applications. Please ask the Lord to send us a many young adults to train for life and ministry.
